The annual Roadstone Mens & Ladies Doubles League took place in the club during the month of March with the finals taking place on Saturday 31st March, 2007. Over 120 participants entered and some fine tennis was on view. Congratulations to all the winners. As usual these competitions would not be possible without the contiuned support of our sponsors. On this occasion we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Derry O'Sullivan for his very generous and continued support. Also thanks to his wife Maureen for her assistance in getting all the prizes selected and displayed on the night. Thank you! Thanks also to Paula Prendiville and all the ladies who assisted her in the kitchen on the night for a very tasty meal. We hope everyone enjoyed the evening where the entertainment was provided by ALIBI.

MUNSTER BRANCH WINTER LEAGUE
Many CONGRATULATIONS and a superb "Well Done" to the St. Anne's Grade 4 'A' team on winning the final of the Munster Branch Inter Club Grade 4 Mixed Doubles Competition. On an absolutely fantastic day for tennis, the team came through 3-2 in a "super set" against a very strong Lakewood team from Cork. The match was played in Sunday's Well Tennis Club in the Mardyke in Cork on Suday 1st April.
The St. Anne's 'B' Team can take some comfort from the fact that they were narrowly beaten by the eventual winners!!
