Warm-up facilities

In order to minimize the risk of injury it is important to warm-up before your game and wind-down after your game. The club is now providing members with access to exercise bikes and mats to be used for warm-up and wind-down in order to minimize risk of injury and improve the level of play and enjoyment for members.
